What does NetSuite cost?
Context for the ranges above — what we see in the market.
NetSuite does not publish a public price list, which is why estimating it is hard. The ranges below are what we see in the market across the 300+ ERP and NetSuite engagements Inscio has delivered.
Annual NetSuite license cost
- Small business (5–20 users, single entity, core financials): typically $25K–$60K per year
- Mid-market (20–75 users, multi-entity, several modules): typically $60K–$180K per year
- Enterprise / OneWorld (multi-country, broad module footprint): typically $180K+ per year with material OneWorld premiums on top of the base platform
License pricing has three moving parts: a base platform license (varies by industry edition and service tier), per-user fees, and optional modules like SuiteCommerce, WMS, or Revenue Management. Every contract is negotiated.
NetSuite implementation cost (one-time)
Implementation services are quoted separately from the license and are a one-time cost. Across the market we see ranges from the low-five-figures for a light single-entity rollout to several hundred thousand dollars for complex manufacturing, multi-country, or heavily-integrated deployments. The main drivers:
- User count and the complexity that comes with more roles to design and train
- Which modules you bring live (manufacturing, WMS, e-commerce, revenue management all add scope)
- Data migration volume and how clean your legacy data is
- The number of third-party integrations you need
- How much customization, scripting, and workflow automation you'll layer on
Typical year-one NetSuite cost
For most mid-market companies, total year-one cost (license plus implementation) lands in the $100K–$300K range. Companies with manufacturing, distribution, or multi-country needs trend higher.
Ranges reflect Inscio's experience across NetSuite engagements. Actual prices are negotiated with Oracle on every deal. The calculator above produces a more specific range based on your inputs.
NetSuite Pricing FAQ
The questions we hear most often during NetSuite evaluations.
How much does NetSuite cost?
NetSuite is sold as an annual subscription. Most mid-market companies pay $60K–$180K per year for the license plus a one-time implementation that typically ranges from about $75K to $300K or more. Small businesses with fewer users and simpler needs typically come in at $25K–$60K per year in license fees plus $40K–$75K for implementation. Use the calculator above for an estimate specific to your business.
How is NetSuite priced?
NetSuite pricing has three components: a base platform license that varies by industry edition and service tier, per-user fees, and optional modules. Implementation services are quoted separately and are typically a one-time cost. Oracle does not publish a price list — every contract is negotiated.
How much does NetSuite cost per user?
Full users are typically priced in the low-three-figures per user per month on top of the base platform. Self-service or employee-center users cost significantly less. The total depends on your user count and access level mix — the calculator on this page factors both in.
How much does NetSuite implementation cost?
Implementation is a one-time services cost separate from the license. Smaller, single-entity rollouts start in the tens of thousands of dollars. Complex deployments — manufacturing, multi-country, multiple integrations, heavy data migration — can reach several hundred thousand. The main drivers are user count, modules, data quality, integrations, and customization.
What is the cheapest version of NetSuite?
The SuiteSuccess Financials configuration with a small number of users is the entry point. A small business with 5–10 users and core financials only can land in the mid-five-figure range per year in license fees, plus implementation.
How much does NetSuite OneWorld cost?
NetSuite OneWorld enables multi-subsidiary and multi-country operations and adds a meaningful annual premium on top of the base platform — both a base OneWorld fee and an incremental fee per additional country. The exact figures are part of every NetSuite quote and vary by negotiation. The calculator on this page factors OneWorld into its range.
Are there hidden NetSuite costs?
There are no hidden costs in the literal sense, but the line items that surprise buyers are: SuiteCloud Plus licenses for integrations, sandbox accounts, premium support, storage overages, and the 5–10% annual renewal escalator that's standard in most contracts. Ask your partner to model all of these into your year-three TCO before signing.
Does NetSuite offer a free trial?
Oracle does not publish a self-serve free trial. Demo accounts are arranged through a partner like Inscio. The pricing calculator on this page gives you a realistic budget number in the meantime.
